Ephesians 6:14-17 reads "Stand your ground, putting on the sturdy belt of truth and the body armor of God's righteousness. For shoes, put on the peace that comes from the Good News, so that you will be fully prepared. In every battle you will need faith as your shield to stop the fiery arrows aimed at you by Satan. Put on salvation as your helmet, and take the sword of the Spirit, which is the word of God."

Ferocious

Daniel 6:21-22

21 Daniel answered, “May the king live forever! 22 My God sent his angel, and he shut the mouths of the lions. They have not hurt me, because I was found innocent in his sight. Nor have I ever done any wrong before you, Your Majesty.”

The lions inside the den with Daniel were what you would call “Ferocious.” They could have easily taken Daniels life like that. They were trained to kill, but Daniel understood something. Daniel understood that his God was just as ferocious, so he stood ferocious in his faith knowing that God would win.

Ferocious faith is dangerous. It’s dangerous because it can close the mouths of lions, move mountains, and shoot down the fierce arrows of the enemy. Ferocious faith allows us to see, and experience things from a heavenly perspective, instead of a earthly perspective.

Warriors of Christ stay ferocious in your faith, seek God diligently, pray like your sending sound waves from your mouth directly to heaven, and ask for understanding that comes from the wisdom of the scriptures. Drench yourself in Gods love, and allow yourself to be a reflection of His image. Let His furious love shine through you by the way you follow Him. Be the warrior that God created you to be.

Prayer:

Jesus, strength my faith today. Let me stand ferocious for your Kingdom. Help me to seek after your heart every second of the day. Show me how to heal, pray, understand, and give myself away how you gave yourself away. Let me be the warrior that you created me to be. Release me to do your will, and follow your ways. Let me be the light to those around me that need your sovereign love. Jesus move how you need to move in my life. In Jesus name, Amen.
