Ephesians 6:14-17 reads "Stand your ground, putting on the sturdy belt of truth and the body armor of God's righteousness. For shoes, put on the peace that comes from the Good News, so that you will be fully prepared. In every battle you will need faith as your shield to stop the fiery arrows aimed at you by Satan. Put on salvation as your helmet, and take the sword of the Spirit, which is the word of God."

About

My name is Christian Briseno. I am the Co-founder of Warriors for Christ. I say Co-Founder because God is the true architect of this whole vision. If he didn’t give me the vision to even start something like this, then none of this would be possible. I am a strong devoted man of God, and without him I would be nothing. I have had my share of ups and downs, but the Lord has always been right there to catch me when I fall. I am a man that puts God first before anything in my life because He holds the only key that can get me into Heaven.

I accepted the Lord into my life when I was twelve years old, but I did not walk with the Lord throughout my years. I was that Christian who was constantly pushing God to the side and kicking him to the curb. One day I just got tired of doing that to him and could not do it on my own anymore. That day is the day when I completely surrendered my life to the Lord and the reason why I can say I am a man after God’s heart. I grew up in Rancho Cucamonga, California. I am the oldest child of two other siblings Elijah and Alyssa Briseno. My parents are Annette and Charlie Briseno, and they are two people who I absolutely adore.

I grew up playing baseball, soccer, football, and even basketball as a child. Baseball has always been my favorite sport, but I also clung onto football when I got into high school. I spent two years at a Junior College, and my third year I got offered to go play baseball at Sterling College in Sterling, Kansas. I have also been involved in professional baseball scouting, some semi-pro ball, and have been coaching since I was younger. I have always had a heart for athletes, and this is a big reason why I put this vision into play. Not only is my heart for athletes, but people in general and the world that we live in. My favorite thing in the whole world is to see people get saved by a God who wants to hold them, adores them, and wants to love them from the inside out. This is just a little about me and what I believe.
